Itch and redness start with histamine. YLBMS’s structure closely resembles tranilast, a well-known anti-histamine molecule — interrupting the pathway at the source instead of masking symptoms.
That’s why relief is fast and measurable: itching, edema and erythema are visibly reduced within 30 minutes at just 30 ppm, and the effect holds for hours.
